Be prepared for the time that you deserve to discuss your health goals. The first visit can last 60 minutes and includes a thorough health history intake which will be the basis for your follow-up appointment. At your follow-up appointment we spend 30 minutes reviewing necessary labs and treatment options.

Yes, we require a $75 deposit to hold the visit and it is not refundable. We understand that life happens, so call the office within at least 24 hours if you need to reschedule. Contacting us within 48-72 hours is preferrable, as we hold space for you and continue to have a waiting list of clients who would like to be on our schedule.

Payment is due on the day of the visit.

No, unfortunately in North Carolina, many insurance companies do not cover the services for complementary and alternative services.

Yes, please contact us via email or call prior to your appointment to arrange for payments.

Many insurance companies do not cover complementary and alternative services or recommendations, so labs would not be covered under insurance. There are other options for cash pay labs through LabCorp that can be discussed during your visit.

It is important for you to know that we do not accept insurance and there is a $75 non-refundable deposit required when confirming your appointments. This deposit gets applied to the first visit. We do offer payment plans and discounts for students, teachers, seniors, and the military. Contact us for details.

While this office does provide contact information for specialists, most specialists in North Carolina request a referral from your primary care provider.

We are not primary care providers. While much of your care can be managed at our practice, we support community and will refer when it is outside of our scope of practice. We support your choice for integrative and natural care, while also supporting the intent to do no harm. If we decide that your care is beyond our means of support and it would be most beneficial to refer you to other providers, please honor our decision and know that we desire the best for you and your health.
